It’s going to take a whole village of illusionists to keep him propped up. I think he and Kristi Noem use the same makeup, which certainly looks as though it’s been put on with a small shovel.

All the makeup, collagen, and Botox in the world can't hide the extreme ugliness of the felon, Vance, Johnson, the puppy- and goat-murdering Nazi Noem, Mike Lee, the LDS murderer and dog killer, and most of the Republican party.

I like the idea that he “must spend what little time he has left on Earth trapped in a tiny, miserable world of his making.”

Good point, Earl. Wish we could make him so miserable that he wishes he’d gone to prison instead.

Right on all counts but... I think "GD" Vance does not have that 'IT' Factor that DT has as a charismatic central figure. However, I gotta admit my thinking may be 'wishful' on this AND I absolutely do not see/get what IT DT has, but it sure seems to work.

True but it seems like Adolf H could not hold a job either before he became the head of State and he did quite a lot of damage. The Project 2025 puppet masters need/want only a charismatic figurehead to keep the maga/nra/x-right supporters (votes) that DJT somehow holds in thrall. I don/t think GD Vance can do that but (lol) fear my 'thinking process' is infected with hope. I also think w/ more certainty Musk has lost his charms.

When I do, I always sing Gwen Verdon's unforgettable "what ever Lola wants....." I swear she smiles and starts " singing" along!! I wish I had made a video in May, when I last visited! Even her mom, my friend Miroslava, has learned part of the song from Damn Yanquees!!

“Epic failures” = perfect description of felon trump's attempt to make the US a militarized dictatorship with a North Korean and Russian style parade. His epically disastrous G7 showing makes our country the biggest laughing stock in history. And it includes ridicule from our enemies who trump is friends with. It will take far more than just his removal, the admin must be null and void after sufficient evidence of election cheating admitted by Muskrat and determined by a few other sources including Greg Palast! "Trump has surrounded himself with a cabinet that is right out of the bowels of Rupert Murdoch after an all-you-can-eat offering of chicken-salmonella on the barbie."

EARL!!!!! One of your best.

I don't know when I've felt so proud of my fellow citizens. Not having the No Kings event include his birthday parade was a masterstroke. What is the latest estimate, 12 million people? Anyone correct me if that's an exaggeration, but it was extraordinary.

The MSM can downplay any of this, but everyone around the planet saw the massive protests, and so many are rooting for us.

Considering the lame turnout at his event and the paltry attendance at his rallies during the campaign, I truly wonder whether he did win this thing. Is Rockland County just the beginning?

You can just feel it in the air, Earl. The tide has turned. Saturday's protests confirmed to the world that we are all not just going along. I do find it ironic that Trump could have just ridden the Economic wave that Joe Biden left him...no tariff BS and we would all watch the stock market keep rising...he could play golf everyday...do his ceremonial photo ops for the Kool-Aid drinkers...bragging nonstop on how he rebuilt the greatest economy, again...lived the life of leisure that most 79-year-olds want...buy NOOOOOO...not our Donny. He had to be larger than life, more powerful than all the world leaders combined, Titans of business, education and law firms would jump to his every whim, no amount of treasure could satisfy his thirst for more. Eff him. He got humiliated by the lame ass parade, by the G7, by the No Kings protests, Harvard, by Putin...the walls are closing in on him...surrounded by yes-men not capable of righting the ship! Syphilis and gonorrhea are eating his brain, while years of eating big macs and drinking diet cokes decay is body. Alrighty then, I feel better now.

But it doesn’t stop with getting rid of him. Billionaires with monopolies control our data, our intel, our defense, our health care, our grocery bills, our medicines, the list goes on and on. They are behind this coup (no matter how embarrassing and destructive it is) and are fine with the demolition of our Democracy and our lives as long as they personally can amass more power and wealth. In other words, Trump and his Parcel of Rogues and the sycophants in Congress are not the only sociopaths we need to reckon with. Bernie was right. Who else in Washington sees the big picture, and has consistently fought for a level playing field and control over monopolistic greedy power for decades? In that sense, some timid (or too comfortable) Dems too are not necessarily our friends. Those who have continued to vote for some of Trump’s appointees? Allowed Cloture? Unanimous Consent? Are they ready for change? Taxing the billionaires would be a good start.

Call your Senators and demand that they stop Trump’s Bloated, Hideous Bill and Fund Human Needs not Billionaires!

I’m looking to the young ‘uns: the Parkland kids now running successful political campaigns, AOC, Jasmine Crockett, Sarah McBride, Matthew Frost, and others. They understand the stakes. If they can stay in coalition, and cling to the heart of nonviolent revolution and Liberty and Justice for ALL like a barnacle, we may get there.

The downward slide of civic life into the gutter (thanks to Trump’s trash mouth and Fox News) has been slippery and long, and we’ve a long hill to climb to get out of it before we can chart a new course. Trump is done. But there is much repair, and reform to do. Yes We Can!

Mike Lee must resign.

Utah, you know what to do.
