It baffles my mind that basic rights could be misconstrued as “extreme.” (I mean, I understand why they do it; I don’t understand why people believe it). One Dem who combats the rhetoric the best is Pete Buttigieg. I wish I had that skill, to talk so skillfully off the top of his head.

One would think that it wouldn't be that hard to fight back, since the GOP is Corrupt, Cruel, covering for the Epstein Class, feeding Trump's Iran war with your money and doing nothing to bring down costs for even the Kool-Aid drinkers.

Words alone and noisy protests will not remove these malignancies from our government. When that brave admiral stood on Capitol steps this week with his sign admonishing Trump to resign, that was a good first step. It is long past time for these unrepentant monsters to be physically removed from their seats of power. If this does not happen before November, we will have legitimized the Republican attack on all that we have accomplished in the last 250 years.
